DONT DO IT
DONT DO IT! I have been making my payments everymonth with not one payment skipped I was suppose to be done. Now I get a new statement I was suppose to be done but the statement now shows I owe another 8k. Tell me what the hell is a person to do after I have confirmed the outstanding amounts from the beginning now I literally cannot afford to keep paying them and they are of no help even though the mess up was between them and the company I owed. I get it I messed up in the beginning but they phone you and offer you such amazing terms then when it comes to action they drag their feet and offer no real help.

So I am here to Rant! Rain WiFi providers I cancelled last year but they still trying to take payments! Then when they don't get the money they want to call and ask for money! Idiots! I cancelled I don't even have the modem or sim so what the hell must I pay for! I have been telling them the same thing since January! Do me a favor and rather get your service somewhere else! They will ***** your money!

Rain still taking money
Would Actually give a 0 rating because they are useless to get hold off. I cancelled my plan months ago but they are still debiting my account. When I try to sort it out no one ever gets back to you we just keep getting references but no assistance. When I try to call I sit on hold for like 20 minutes. Also the Router has also been collected and their app is absolutely useless.
