Parcel shows as delivered, delivery was promissed for Sunday via Phone call. Still no parcel! Utter incompetence!
Very bad customer service experienced at Vodacom Lifestyle Centre Ballito. I visited your branch for a change of ownership on Sunday 10/08/2025 - 10h45. Your 2 staff members were on their phones, the male staff member barely acknowledged me. The lady were not friendly at all and also were on her phone. Have a look at your cameras. I will never be back to that branch.
Ordered 27 July 24. No delivery yet! Technical error according to Call Centre. Phoned again 5 minutes ago. Call was cut off, no call back.

For the last two months,the airtime on two of my lines are not activated! I phone Vodacom,but they insist my 200 minutes are active,which it is not!!!! When dialling *135# balance is Nil. We can not phone!!! I want a full refund on last month's minutes.
Two contracts were cancelled, one contracted upgraded. None of these were actioned and I have copies of all communication. Online and telephonic incompetence!

I was phoned on 12/07/2023 by an on-line agent to upgrade 3 of my contracts. After I stated numerously that I do not want to upgrade these contracts, I was brought to the understanding that migration packages are available at a discount rate till actual cancellation date of these contracts. Today only - 31/07/2023 I received the quotation documents by Vodacom for a further 2 year upgrade, which I immediately rejected by phone to Vodacom. According to Vodacom Upgrades,these 3 contracts were upgraded on 12/07/2023 already! I am furious and will take this further.
I took out a funeral policy on 14 June 2023. Policy documents were to be supp**** by acceptance - at the latest within 10 working days. On 1 July 2023 the debit order was taking the first premium. To this day, after several e-mails and trying to call - I have not received any policy documents. I instructed via e-mail on 14 July 2023 Old Mutual to cancel this policy with immediate effect and refund my first premium.
