Shop Experience
When ordering from takalot make sure that you read the dimentions of the item you buying as when you recieve it then it does not look the size you thought it was. The pick up Centers are super efficient and well managed

Forcourt Manager at N1 not supporting petrol attendant to speed up movement as people go into shop and leave cars unattended while are waiting to fill up. And orher motorist suffer

Brights Plattekloof stock levels is of poor standard. Limited stock. Had to go to Boston branch to get what I needed so wasted my time.

Unpleasant
Shocking the attitude the internal staff. You just a number them. They don't care about as a customer and you just have to fit in with them. Communication is appalling internal. You have keep on following up with them. The collection at factory a nightmare. Logistics is so unorganized and staff take there time and rather chat their conversation finish before they help you. You have to run to them to help you and not them to come to you. They know on certain products there are only 2 suppliers in CT and you can't go anywhere else. So they don't care.
