It's not Teljoy, it's Telsad from now on
It's not Teljoy, it's Telsad from now on. Their service is the worst. At this point they have forced me to contact bank and cancel my debit order and report them to CPA. They don't reply on emails. They have blocked me on Whatsapp. They make false statements. They keep on saying they will escalate a matter but they actually don't. They say they will call back but they don't. This company cannot be trusted. Make sure you get EVERY SINGLE THING they say in writing. Make sure to call them at least x5 a day to follow up on a query otherwise they wont do anything about it. They totally disregard their customers side of contracts. If you have a query be sure to know you will not get answers in their so called turn around time and you most probably will not get an answer ever.

Worst experience
Really not happy with their service. I made my booking for a Thursday on a Tuesday, but couldn't take it in because of my working hours. The lady said that I could bring it in on the Wednesday afternoon. Fortunately for me, my plans changed and I called to check of its fine of I only brought it in the Thursday morning and if I had to change any info and the lady said nothing is needed. Come Thursday, I brought it in and I was told no booking has been made. They said my car will be finished between 3 and 4. I called 15:07 to check how far they were and said to me only 30mins left. Got here to fetch my car and got told to wait a few mins. Another 25 mins went by. The consultant told me that the car is only going to take ANOTHER 30 mins. Their client service is really not good. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

BEST MOVING COMPANY BY FAR !!!
Once the consultant contacted me and send me the quotation it was only streamline from there. The day of the move the team worked so quickly I didn't even realize they were finished. Very quick but thorough work, wrapping everything needed and very friendly service. Would highly recommend again.
