Sanlam trust The payment has been delayed for almost a month now with no valid explanation. They keep sending us from pillar to post with no definite answer.
I bought a car through dealership finance by them. The statement reflects a discrepancy on the description of the car, which could possibly mean that I was quoted on and paying the more expensive car (higher model) while in reality driving lower model. The dealer says they don’t know why Wesbank put that description and Wesbank can’t help me. I only discovered this much later and I want it fixed but the Dealer + Wesbank are sending me from pillar to post, I feel ****med.
I bought a car from them in January 2022, only to discover over a year later that the contract I signed is flawed in terms of description of the car, which has possibly knocked up the price and they are not willing to cancel it, saying it’s the bank that made the error so they are unable to help me with that. I’m basically paying way more than I should be paying on the car that I’m driving and I feel ****med.
