With regards to my query even after emailed the address provided no one contacted me . Total disregard to how they deal with paying visitors
Hi. I went for a day to warmbaths on the 31 Dec 2025 traveling from 2hrs away. My daughter got badly injured and was promptly seen to by an excellent paramedic on the property. Due to our child's wellbeing, we rushed off at 11.30 or so to obviously take care of her. We phoned warmbaths relating the incident to them and asked if they could allow us to come again even for 1/2 day given the situation as we drove down specifically for this. Pics of the bands were also sent to them. They showed no concern , point blank refused. However the paramedic did a follow up to see how my daughter was. Thanks Tronkie . Much appreciated. True compassion. Big places, making big money with no compassion and total disregard to the visitors that make them a success.
I had an ongoing issue with my Samsung z flip and after some liasing with a vodacom employee my issue was resolved and phone was replaced. This provides me with a sense of happiness knowing that there are some dedicated workers willing to provide excellent customer service. Hats off to you.
Mr Price has given me the worst experience. After having my account frozen after being a 13year account holder I am disgusted. My account has never been overdue, infact its on a credit balance , I still haven't been contacted by anyone at Mr Price . All dy needed was to verify my details but they just froze my account. If I was a ***** would I be paying my account? So unprofessional it is unbelievable!! All this because of one unprofessional teller at the GLEN, JHB, MR PRICE HOME
Woolworth is an excellent place to get a beautiful mother's day gift. Pjs, slippers , boots, kitchenware and more. Y? Cos mum deserves it all! I am a frequent shopper at woolies and my experience has always been pleasant right down to the friendly and helpful workers and tellers.
Good day I recently wrote a review of my utter dissappointment in Mr Price being a loyal customer and received a reply from Mr Price of someone getting back to me to resolve the issue. To date, I have not been contacted. Is this the service provided?
I would like to share my story about Mr Price. I have been a loyal customer for over 12years to Mr Price. Recently I changed my ID 2 my married surname , this did not cause a problem as my ID number never changed. Until the 15 April 2023 when I visited the glen branch of Mr Price home. I was attended to by a male teller who for a purchase of about R150 with an account balance of 0 rudely told me he wants to see my ID which I gave him. He then said oh your surname is not the same , I explained. He refused to listen or even check my ID number , he said to me the accounts department is closed he can't call them and froze my account. I was enraged by his attitude towards me being a loyal customer for years on end. I always pay more then my installment never then do I get a courtesy call. I am so disgusted I haven't bothered to call their unaccomodating accounts department in Durban. Pathetic service for customers , yet a simple fix would have been to check the ID number.
