My daughter had a pre-authorized booking for a bed for today, a Monday. We get here at the correct time, just to be told, 'the hospital is full - wait for a bed'. Three and a half hours later, a bed is available, but it takes them more than an hour to clean the bed. Communication is non-existance and everyone is waiting for everyone. Not acceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would.
The music is still going on at 19:00 on a Sunday. This noise has been non stop since Thursday. Maybe DSTV should remember this is a residential area and blasting noise for 3 days straight is unnecessary and unfair.
My daughter and two friends went on Saturday evening to celebrate her 17th birthday. No adults were at their table and the waiter ignored them most of the evening resulting in their night running over an hour late. When she paid the bill the waiter apologized for ignoring them the whole night. I phoned Tang last night to complain. The manager did not apologize for the shocking service the young ladies received, only told me that 'we will not have done that and still be open for the past 3 years'. Sir, your waiter Jabulani did do this, and even mentioned to the young ladies that he ignored them as he 'didn't think he would get a tip'. What? 17 year olds are your future clientele, if you want to be open for the next 3 years! Shocking!
