On Friday the 11th of April 2025 I went to Ocean Basket Wonderboom Junction specifically for Trio of Calamari. Firstly they did not have Calamari straps, I still ordered it because I wanted variaty of calamari, then when the food came the Calamari and chips was piping hot, bit the 1/2 portion of rice was ice cold. I called the waiter who called the manager who was not very happy to listen to a complaint, I asked for warm rice, they brought a small plate of guess what, exactly the same cold rice, I called the manager again, now visibly irritated with me and he said so what now and I responded of you can't serve me hot rice give me some more hot chips, which the waitress then brought and I was happy with the meal. Then when I left the restaurant the manager standing at the outskirts of the outside perimeter of the restaurant told a waiter that man is SIMPLE he asked asked twice for other rice...... I wanted to turn around and pound him, but composed myself and just kept on walking to my car. The manager is unprofessional and the restaurant is never seeing me again!
I took my mom's only phone a BV5900-Black in February for a new charging port. They said to me rather buy a new phone, but I did not have the funds, R499 and a long week later the port was fitted, so I had to take it from Pta-Nth to Centurion and again to fetch it. Beginning June my mom said the charger doesn't want to plug into the charging port again, but what she didn't tell me was that it was difficult to plug in since it was fixed and it kept falling out since then fixed it in Feb. So I called Anja again and she said I could book it in for review of 3month warranty claim and if I came a Saterday I could wait for it, they had another port in stock. Saturday the 8th I had to go for the booking with a warranty jobcard, but the POWER was off, which they DID NOT LET ME KNOW, another lady refused and said it was damaged anyway. I left it disappointed and downhearted. Last week I fetched it and again I was told I had to buy a new phone. R499 and about R250 petrol later when I gave ot to my mom she said now it it working properly, the other port was difficult from the start and the charging cable kept falling out! I am totally disappointed with BlackviewSA's lack of empathy and unwillingness to back up their product and repair, if a part doesn't last a little longer that 3 months they should give the customer the benefit of the doubt and NOT leave a 74year old lady disconnected, disappointed and take her money for a ride! I will NOT recommend their customer after service and the back-up of their products to anyone.

Surely HELLOPETER can help all of us that has been ****med when you look at the reviews posted since December 2023. I have sent a message to HELLOPETER.COM about DAXNE POWER, this FALSE BUSINESS that I bought product from because of the GOOD REVIEWS, which obviously was FALSE????? NO RESPONSE from HELLOPETER.COM, the POLICE which I laid a ***** CASE against DAXNE.COM or DAXNE POWER on Facebook, and my bank CAPITEC BANK! The other people that was *****ed please contact me David Pienaar on 0728873339 or dhp333@gmail.com so we can ESCALADE this. Daxne Power are ****ming 1000's of people and NOTHING is being done about it????
Bought a Power Unit from them on the 13th of December 2023, it showed 12 stock available! Then I enquired every week about the delivery and they whatapped and emailed me a tracking number which says the unit is still in Cainiao, China. That was their last response and they do not answer the whatapp number or emails now? I want my R4720 plus interest back please, because after 38 days I don't think they will deliver? Please help, I can not afford to be ****med, please! I am an online teacher and need the back-up power to do my job, please it's urgent! Regards, David Pienaar
The quality of different gyms are worlds apart! I stay near WONDERPARK and swim there daily, but for my REWARDS I have to travel to WONDERBOOM to redeem it by KUAI. Once a week I would go and then swim at Wonderboom, now they have BLOCKED me to ENTER the gym?????? Also they EXPIRE some REWARDS, although when I tries to REDEEM my rewards the APP DIDN'T WANT TO WORK???????? They say a reward expires tomorrow, come tomorrow then it's GONE?????? There is no way on the APP to LOG a COMPLAINT, they removed it???????? I called their 086 number and HANG-UP AFTER 10 MINUTES!!!!! Regards the QUALITY, Wonderpark is WAY BELOW wonderboom, especially the SPECIAL NEEDS BATHROOM, which I use! There is NO DUSTBIN, NOT ENOUGH HOOKS to hang your towel or clothes, NO SOAP and only a DISPENSER in the shower! They infrequently clean this small bathroom near the pool and there is no rubber carpet to soak up the water...... I would like them to cancel my contract because of all this bad service and quality, it's not worth it!
The P&P App is PATHETIC, when I downloaded the app it took my WINTERASAP100 PROMO CODE and did NOT want to apply it!?????? The CATCH you with a PROMO CODE, like today there was as SUNDAY PROMO CODE, and WHOOP, it's GONE after I selected what I wanted to buy, THEN THE PROMO CODE IS MISSING! Well sorry, I canceled my orders, because YOU MUST GIVE ME WHAT YOU ADVERTISE and PROMISE! The P&P WHATSAPP is just a ROBOT, NO joy from them either AND when I asked IN-STORE, nobody could assist me eitherπππ
They are LIARS and CHEATS. Waiting for my reimbur*****t since November 2022
