New name and becoming *****sters now
Tracy from 1023 Telecom is now copying and pasting from old forms into a new name Local services directory and uses a collection firm called Debt recovery SA. Seems they are now not only ****mers bit also *****sters. Just wish some law agency would get these people arrested.

No Refund??
I had the most terrible service from Keagan at We Buy Cars Polokwane. I Paid my R5000 deposit, and reserved a motorbike and paid a further R2500. Keagan took so long to action my sale that I had to pay R2500 again to reserve the bike. When the deal of R9200.01 was finnaly done, I requested for my R799.99 to be refunded on 09 June 2024. Their refund policy states that it will take up to 72 hours to do the refund. Today is the 25 August 2024 and I have received no refund. I completed the online complaint forms, Contacted the Customer Care telephonically as well as per e-mail and Keagan Multiple times, with no resolve. On 23 August 2024 Keagan said that the refund was done and they have send him the proof. As I never received any payment I asked him if he would send me that proof, I never received any proof. This makes me wonder if they even have an office or a person who deals with refunds? It seems as if I will never get my money back, but I will keep on trying. I just want to tell the customers out there to think twice before using these people. I know I will get the normal copy and paste reply, and I will struggle with them until eternaty.

Firstly I do not think they deserve 1 star. If I could I would rate them 0 stars. I will probably get the copy and paste reply as usual, but I need to expose these *******. Firstly I had to reserve the same vehicle twice due to the salesperson< Keagan's terrible service. After many struggles I received my motorbike. On 9 June 2024 I asked for a refund of the amount I overpaid due to the fact that I had to reserve the vehicle twice. Today 01 August 2024 I still have not received my refund, even though their refund policy states 72 hours. My calls, messagges and even the one or two times I got to speak to Keagan failed. All he does is make empty promises. Their online complaint form is a waste of time. Calling their Customer Care line is a waste of time, There is no customer care. The e-mail to customer care is a waste of time, as I stated there is NO customer care in this company. Now it seems that the only way forward is The Devi Show, and the ombutsman. So please be carefull for this people, as they are VERY fast to take your money, but their refund policy and customer care stinks.

Very bad service and unprofessional
They should not even get a star. No reply on What's app, mail is like a snail. Waiting 2 weeks for a refund, due to them having the wrong stock. Never ever again will I buy from them.
