Had my kid enrolled here for 2 months only to find out that as a parent if I had an enquiry about my child's day or activities I was told that I did not have a right to question their practices. Firstly it is their business and I don't have a right to tell them how to run their business. The next response was if I am not happy I can remove my child and find a place that is more suitable to my needs. This upset me as all I did was ask a question. I was sent a notice on whatsapp saying that your child is not a good fit for our school and need to be removed as of 04/03/2024. After consulting with a few other parents I found out that there is a silly table and a smart table and children are being told they are smart or silly and some are told they are a lost cause and in the teacher's words I don't have time for you. When you meet them they seem loving and caring and put on this facade that your child is their interest but it is not the case. According to the children's constitution a child should be respected, loved and taught development on social skills and to build their character, so what exactly are they being taught here. She did mention that the children are their responsibility though when something goes wrong the parent is the last person to know. When you try to get to the bottom of things then you told to leave and again it's a business. So what is it a daycare or aftercare or is it just about the money.
I have contacted Defy service centre phoenix to send out a technician to assess a noise in my Defy toploader only to be told by the stor me assistant that the clutch is faulty and if needs to be replaced and I was informed by the technician that the gearbox is faulty. I paid my call out fee and was due change which never came back to me until I went to the store to enquire about my change.
I have app**** for my provident fund benefits and was told that if I did not receive my payout, I was to contact the company directly. However I did 2 weeks ago only to be told by my account manager Brenda that the system was offline and then when it is back up again my enquiry will be escalated. A week passed no feedback so I called again and was told that they still waiting for tax to be vetted to the funds and the system will confirm the payment. Then to add to it she tells me she was off sick and just got back to work. My question is if systems are offline and people get sick does the company shut down and are there no other employees to pick up the slave for those that are not at work. Worst of all a company that asks you over and over for your name, I'd number and contact details yet they will never call you back to be frank with you or to tell you when you will get paid. Please do not send me an automated message telling me how awesome your bad service is instead call me to tell me that my finds have been deposited and stop bull****ting people it's our money that is providing a job for people like you.
Been a client with this service provider for almost 4 yrs. It started off well and to date the service has declined. My query was I paid for a top up which I never used and on paying my monthly package the top up cost was deducted and I was not informed that it was unpaid. I My bank account was hacked and due to thet I am no gone back to manual cash deposits. From Axxess they never inform you of any unpaid payment they just block your service. It cost me more on airtime to keep calling them only to be given another excuse as to why the service has been blocked. I guess like lost business when you have alot of clientele the initial customers like myself that has been supportive since the beginning just don't matter. Please call a client if there are issue,not all of us sit behind a desk to read e-mails. Not happy at all
