I am absolutely livid with Rain right now! After 6 years of loyalty, paying a significant amount every single month without fail, this is the pathetic service I get? The network is completely useless—24 hours with no signal, sometimes 4–8 hours at a stretch. I am paying for this? Seriously? I am sick and tired of Rain while my money vanishes for a service that doesn’t work. There are plenty of other networks out there that are cheaper, reliable, and actually care about their customers. I have stuck with Rain all this time, and this is how they repay loyalty—by providing utter nonsense. I am mad as hell. I'll take my money elsewhere and everyone should know how your service fails customers.

Why has a relaxer I have been using for years burnt my daughter in seconds of applying? My daughters scalp suffered 3rd degree burns I’m very angry and disappointed my baby is only 6 years old to go through such trauma to think we’ve used the same product on her for the past 4years now this horrible horrible thing happened.
Very bad I’m so sick and tired of Rain and its nonsense We made payment yesterday and we got reconnected then today morning they disconnected us the customer line is useless it doesn’t put you through to an agent it just wastes your money. I’m beyond angry at this point because I feel ****med how can a landline say we in areas and asked us to pay R50 ontop then still no reconnection and it says we should pay again!!! What ******* is this!!!
I have never been this disgusted and angry at a company before This is my second fridge from Hisense And the first one was perfect had no faults Nd lasted 7years due to load shedding I saw this mirror hisense from OK Furniture and decided to go for it!Since its a brand we trust all our appliances are hisense. Not knowing I’m fooling my self, firstly the fridge got delivered after few days “OK furniture” also is useless man! Then we unboxed the fridge and throw out the box only to find that they gave us a demo/ reject. The dam fridge has a dent at the back, to top that off it has scratches inside when I lodged a complain!! they telling me about a stupid box I throw out. what’s more important a box or them replacing our fridge with a new one!!!? They should come take their damn reject of a fridge coz we won’t pay for it simple!!!

I’m so angry my kids have weird things on their skin!!! It’s not an allergy because they always eat cheas naks on a daily why this particular ones causing so much trauma and irritation?.
