Don't expect to have your guarantee on a waterproof watch honoured for water damage!!! I have been a loyal Samsung customer for more than 15 years. I bought a Galaxy Active 2 watch with one of my 5 Vodacom contracts on the 21 July 2022. I loved my watch and it stopped working 3 months ago. Since then Vodacom tried everything to not honour the guarantee with then quoting Samsung not not honouring the guarantee as a result of water damage in a WATERPROOF watch! The logic boggle the mind!!! SO before you add that extra amount onto your upgrade for a watch, remember you will be paying for the watch long after it no longer works.
