Took insurance via Mitmak special
Took insurance via Mitmak special. I have been waiting for my pro data refund and I called King Price. Dominic from client care was effective and assisted me accordingly. He managed to get information about my refund and called me back to inform me that I will be receiving my refund this week. Thanks for your great customer service

Great service
Thank you for great service from Edward Magane. He was helpful all the way from the start of the application to the end. Great service is his middle name. All paperwork was done in time. I’m now waiting for delivery of my beautiful new baby from Mitmak

Bad insurance full of empty promises
Hi Fernando, Due to you being unhappy with their claims department, they have declined to continue to offer you insuranse coverage. Imagine insurance that doesn’t want to be questioned after they constantly gave me false information

Worst dishonest insurance company
Worst experience received. Have been paying this insurance for years and every time I claim they have excuses not to pay. Very disappointing and dishonest company. They will send their employees to assess your claim and will say an independent assessor was sent. They declined to pay for my bike exhaust claim. I dropped my bike broke my exhaust and now they say it’s metal fatigue on a 2022 model bike. Even if it was metal fatigue the bike is comprehensively covered meaning everything is covered.
