I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Lensmart. They insisted that my glasses were made exactly according to the prescription provided by my optometrist, yet from the moment I wore them I felt disoriented and uncomfortable. I gave it a full day, hoping my eyes simply needed time to adjust, but the problem remained. To make matters worse, when I took the glasses off, I discovered that the frame had already broken after just one day of wear, which speaks volumes about the poor quality. I contacted customer service and was initially told they would send me a replacement pair, which seemed promising. However, after some time, they then asked me to measure my PD myself using the ruler they had included. Suddenly, I was told I would need to pay to have the lenses remade because the PD was “incorrect.” This is extremely frustrating. As a customer, how am I expected to know the PD was wrong when the prescription I provided has worked perfectly for the glasses I’ve been wearing for the past year with no issues at all? It feels unfair to shift the blame and extra cost onto the customer instead of taking responsibility for a poor product and unsatisfactory service. Sadly, this experience has left me with no confidence in Lensmart’s quality control or customer care.
I would have given the app -5 stars if it was possible. Ordered items through the app and payment was deducted from my bank account, but the order did not go through. I contacted the call centre and was advised to wait for a refund, which could take up to 2 hours. Disappointing experience, especially since the payment went through but the order didn’t. Hoping the refund reflects soon.
My husband and I placed an order with Aldo during the Black Friday promotion for two pairs of shoes. The delivery was already a day late, and when it finally arrived, only one pair was in the package. We paid for both items and expected delivery as confirmed in the order. There was no communication about delays or split shipments, leaving us with no clarity on when to expect the second pair. This has been a very disappointing experience. We would appreciate urgent assistance to locate the missing pair and a clear update on when it will be delivered.
