I've only been with Level 7 for 2 weeks already I've had interruptions twice. This time around it's been 24hrs with no explanation.
After Vodacom promised to contact me almost 2 weeks ago to deal with my query, they even asked for an alternative contact number. To this day no one has contacted me.
Vodacom sales called and offered me a data upgrade to which I agreed to. Only to find out at month end that they migrated my number to some home internet. I now cannot call or receive calls. And I am told this can only be reversed at month end. Meaning my number won't work for a whole month. This is my everyday number. My clients are unable to communicate with me. Worse at month end I will be expected to pay. Worse when they say calls are recorded it's for their convenience not the customer. I will never ever renew a contract with Vodacom. When you call you get told a different story and when you question you get told I don't know who you spoke to. I spoke to a representative of Vodacom. HALLO
