ChatBack printed license not accepted by the police...
AT FIRST you will praise the wonderful service to received your license disc via Whatsapp. How convenient.... UNTILL a traffic cop pulls you over and say to you that PRINTED license discs are considered to be FRAUDULANT and they want to lock you up and impound your car.... Kaitlyn, who is probably a automated message, responds via email when you contact them stating that there is "a discrepancy between the electronic communications act and the transport act, ECT Act, Chapter 3, part 1, section 14 (Original documents)". As if any traffic officer would like to argue which law contradicts which at 20:30 at night next to a highway... I would HIGHLY recommend you be cautionary, as it might result you staying in jail for the weekend. This at least till Chatback can reach some sort of an agreement with the authorities and present their clients with documents which officers at roadblocks will accept....

PC Link Computers selling products they don't have and refusing to give refunds
Purchased an online item on 5 March 2021. Month later, not product. Cancelled the purchase and has to date not received a refund.

Poor quality workmanship
Rooftop contractors \sealed\" the roof of one of our properties. After the first rain it became evident that the sealing was not done properly resulting in damage to the interior of the property again. Have been in communication with them in order to get their work fixed, but with no joy. They are currently ignoring my emails. <br> <br> "

Terrible customer service
I have never in my life experience such terrible service from a contractor before. <br> <br> The contractor was appointed in March 2015 to do certain carpentry renovations at a property of ours and promised and promised for months. The contractor shows up for a couple of days then disappear with no trace for weeks. After begging him to carry on with his work he shows up for a couple of days and disappear again for weeks. <br> <br> We eventually ended the contract out of frustration. <br> <br> If you project is time sensitive, please be weary of this contractor.
