The only reason they have a single star is because I cant give lower. Phone calls to every department e mails galore and still unable to elicit a reply never mind a solution to a problem. Cellphone contracts being extended without permission, overcharging, and frankly just plain terrible customer relations. Pathetic really as I now refuse to pay and just wait for them to sue so we can get it into court and publicly humiliate them. Frustrating disapointment anger all emotions dealing with this company.
I entered the swimming pool market with trepidation expecting the worse and hoping for the best. My goodness did this company preform. From my initial phone calls to site meetings and eventual completion I have nothing but praise for their work ethic and customer relations. They arrived the day the said they would and finished when forcast. The clean up and assitance with re establishing the garden was beyond expectations. On a web site that is generally reserved for rants about bad service it gives me great pleasure to buck the trend and be able to write something positive. Well done management and staff I will have no hesitation in reccomending you.
I suppose congratulations are in order, exactly a year since ordering from this disgusting Chinese bunch of ner do wells. @8 e mails to Primrose have got nowhere except an admission that they dont have my product and I will be getting a refund. Needless to say that hasnt happened either. Deal with this bunch at your peril and be prepared for long hours of e mails and phone calls. Public relations are a non entity with these charactors, honesty is to long a word to for them to pronounce or adhere to to. Prevarication, outright untruths are there stock in trade. Oh yes be aware that 'Primrose' does not exist, Im pretty sure the person hiding behind the sweet sounding name is a balding overweight Chinese lady with a moustach and body odour.
