Please be alerted that this is a **** store. The first time when I bought from them, the service was great. This was in 2021. My request for a return en exchange was handled very professionally and speedily. What happened since then, I don't know. I ordered on 6 Nov 2023. Only got my order a month later, while they promise a "7 day delivery". Got the order, and it didn't fit properly, and I immediately requested a return. NO WORD SINCE THEN. I have sent probably 50 messages, it gets delivered and read, but no response. On several platforms. I guess that this is money I will never get back, sitting with a dress that I do not want. Don't buy from these people. You will regret it. No business professionalism to speak of and customer service is non-existent when you want anything else than a purchase. Make no mistake, they are very quick and helpful when you want to buy. Impressive even, but when you have a request for a return or refund, you also get spectacularly ignored. Don't buy from these people, you will be sorry you ever did.
I closed an unused Vodacom account last year, which was costing me R59 a month, for something I don't use. I even enquired earlier in the year to cancel early, and paid the amount stated to me by Vodacom, for early cancellation. I sent them proof of payment. Meanwhile, Vodacom just kept deducting the R59 from my account, even after I requested early cancellation and paid up the outstanding amount. By December I considered the matter closed because the account was to come to and end by end of November 2021. Now, 4 months later I see on my credit score that Vodacom has listed me as a slow payer of the damn R59, and the matter has been handed over to the Vodacom legal department, while I paid the early cancellation fee! What is going on here? This is annoying to say the least and an inconvenience. R59. Really, Vodacom? Really.

Absa notified me in November 2017 of a refund that is due to me on my vehicle finance account, and requested that I submit personal documents. Since then, whenever I enquire, I either don't get a response, or a general response that they are "working on it". All I want to know is how much is due to me and how long I still need to wait for it. I did not make them wait when they asked for the documents, why must I wait for a simple answer when I enquire? I really find this preposterous and appalling service very unprofessional for a bank that contacted me regarding the refund in the first place. Can I get an answer on: How much is due to me, and when I can expect this to be effected. This has been dragging on for the 4th month now. Totally unacceptable and frustrating.
