i want express my dissappointment with the this so called hospital, i dont think some of them are there to serve public but only to get fat pay check every month end, my elderly father want to apply for his uif, we submitted forms to be filled by Mopd department the person in charge was on leave when we submited that was on 15/4/2024. to top it all no one knew the return date of that person, i called the next morning luckily i was told hes back but he only do that on a wednesday at 11.00 am. i called again on wednesday around 9.00am to find if it was by any chance done the gentleman said no he said at 11.00 am; bare in mind we had a given date by DOL to come back today with every thing, so already as i keep call the hospital my elderly father is there waiting in the queuee with my younger sister, time consumed until 15.00 pm the guy was still in a meeting from 11.30 we were told that it will be done the next morning
i would like to write my complaint about auto general and once im done with this i will definately cancel my membership, i called their offices from October or November 2023 advising them that my bank details have changed i will make cash payment they must cancel the debit order for until further notice, the 1st person of which was a male consultant promised to do so but it did not happen few days after they tried to debit me, there was no funds in that same account Standard bank charged me R147 for an unpaid debit order this carried on until until i managed to get another bank account in december after several attempts on the old account they then debited on the new account of which is capitec bank i lease with Smelukuzwa, and i also sent emails to policyservice@autogen.co.za no help, until today no joy, Smelukuzwa or her manaher of which she was telling me that they are trying to escalate the matter from that time never contacted me or anyting of that matter
i wrote my complaint on the 5/7/2023 about the bank charges on my std bank account by this Auto and gen, they rep**** by calling me a lady by the name Tapani Malema who promised me that the refund should be done latest Friday if not latest Monday today is Tues but still no refund and no one called to advise me about the delay, i dint know if this how they operate by giving no feedback to a client, i am so dissappointed, matter dragging from May until now.
i would like to complaint about this company mentioned above, i took a package with a tracking device to be paid together, so i was debited for tracking device but the premuim was never was not paid to netstar, this was in May 26 2023 1/6/2023 netstar tried to debit me but returned unpaid, and then again on the 15/6/2023 tried again but it was returned unpaid due to insufficient funds, the problem and my query is who is going to pay for the unpaid debit order charges R147x2 deducted on me? i then queried with Netstar about the debit they said Auto and Gen is no more paying for my tracker, they were only paid R13 of which i don't know what was is it for, i decide to contact Auto and Gen myself to query why a fee of R13 paid to netstar not the full premuim as agreed, the consultant by the name Gontse promised to sort out the problem occured in my account,so when i asked him about the charges he requested that i sent to them my bank statement showing the charges as per his manager/res by the name of Shanell, untill todate i have not heard anything from the both of them, i tried calling them they are always unavailable no email reply, i am very dissapointed with them.
this is on behalf of my daughter, her money was deducted from her bank account, by unknown long reference number, she got home she called std bank they transfered her to ***** unit she was promised to be contacted back once the investigation was over, 3 days after she received call from the unit to advise her that the investigation was finalised she would be refunded by std bank maximum was 5 days, until today not eve a single cent was refunded to her, im talking about a 3rd year varsity student when this happen she was writing her exams this has caused her not to do well in her exams, because of the stress and fraustration, i am writing this complaint today hoping this will be resolved asap, my daughter is been in and out of std bank branches, sending emails and calling std bank but no one seems to know what is holding her refund, i bank with std bank because i think of high of them, i rated this bank 5/5 to everyone, all my kids and my family are with std because i recommend to them but today im disguisted and disappointed with std bank.
