What an absolute joke. Parts are working very well, other parts not so much. Let me start from the beginning. Due to circumstances not accomodated for, I was forced to bite thw buller and went for debt counselling. As a walk in-client I was mer by the receptionist, and a debt counseler. They where extremely helpful and generally polot and respectful. I submitted the relevant documentation and went under 'debt review'. The account was handed over to the Distribution part and the Relationship Manager. I had a couple of interactions directly with the RM, regarding available cashflow as the process is obviously a negotiation between the creditors and the company (supposedly on my behalf). It costed me some money to urgently get some documents to them, after they sent me the documents. I submitted it, and was informed but thats not what they need. They resubmitted new documents, which I ended up to put on a overnight courier 'because urgency, and time sensitif' due to the upcoming courtcase that is suppose to provide a court order on how much I have to pay. Now this was well over 5 months ago. And guess what, no feedback, no communication. Only silence. I also asked for some feedback regarding lawyers contacting me regarding outstanding debts, and asked for feedback on the situation. As far as I am aware, the negotiantion is between the Debt review company, and the creditors. Now I have to answer directly to the laywers because they get no response from the RM as to account status, also I dont get any feedback from the RM. This is absolutely unprofessional and unjust, as they are suppose to handle the matters on my behalf. This is now after when you go under review, they dont pay anyone anything for three consecutive months because that payments are their "laywer fees" to manage the account. So you end up with a massive shortfall and cant change companies, because they will do the same. You cant cancel because you will end up with lawsuites. And you cant get any information of how things are standing. This is absolutely the best thieving **** ever. What a unproffesional bunch it turns out to be.
A word of warning to everyone who want to use this company. Avoid them at all costs. They operate with ********* intentions and wont hesitate to commit ***** and breach of the Popi act. They have phoned my wife claiming that they have spoken to me telephonically and that I have given them consent to request my credit records, and demanded information from my wife regarding our personal details. This happened while i was in a area with no cellular coverage. So obviously they **** about contacting me and speaking to me. They also sent her a sms where they claim that I have given them consent to request my credit records. I have never spoken to them and have not even knew about their existence up until they false claims they have made. I have never agreed to or consented to being contacted by them. And also have I never given any consent to the use, storage, or processing of any of my personal or public data. They are violating the Popi act and they are invading my privacy without consent.
Attn: Marquis. As previously discussed. One problem sorted with the vehicle I bought. Now the tracking device thats not operational yet ( a full month down the line) Please look into my other reviews and decide if you are happy to finance a vehicle but the tracking company is not doing their work.
As in the previous review, I bought a vehicle from webuycars. This was 24/09/2024. I approved a new tracking device as I decided I will not have Tracker remove their device from my trade-in vehicle. Netstar fitted the new device (as per their fitment certificate) on the 16/9/2024. Everything was signed and sorted on the 24th when I did the trade-in. Today 16/10/2024, I recieve the 3rd email stateing that they appreciate the interest I have in netstar and that a agent will be contacting me soon to arrange for a fitment. Also as yet of today, the tracking device is still not operational. I have spoken to 2 different consultants before and explained to them that the device needs to be activated. On which they will contact me shortly as they need to find out why it hasnt been done yet. And ofco**** thats the last I will hear untill I recieved a email again thanking me for the interest I have in Netstar. This is extremely poor service and would not recommend anyone wasting their time with this product. I really wonder what my insurance company will have to say about this when I contact them with this information. Think i will do a review on them and havebthem look at my other reviews and then they can sort it out with netstar.
I bought a vehicle and the battery was no good the following morning, as to where i had to get a replacement immediately to get the vehicle operational. Initially the battery was jump started on the sales floor with a boosterpack, I did notice the booster lon the backseat. The next morning at home the battery was completely dead and didnt take any charge. I immediately reported the battery issue (25/09) and today (04/11), still havent been refunded, and they dont respond to the emails they requested the documents on. Also worth mentioning that if the battery only needed a "proper" charge, it would have charged on the road as I stay 230km away from the branch I purchased the vehicle from, thus confirming that the battery was no good to begin with from the start. This is completely unacceptable after sales service and it will definitely have me reconsider any future purchases from Webuycars.
Paymyfines is a sca'm site that will stea'l your money. . Redflags all over, no contact numbers, no address, only a city/suburb and a postalcode. They claim i have a bunch of outstanding fines, which is very far from the truth. So i checked this site out. Do not put your ID number or your name into any place on the site, and do not send them any money. They will only take your money, and the identity details you supply. If you want to pay a fine, or enquire about outstanding fines, do the work and go to your traffic departmemt or municipality, where you can talk to someone face to face, and get a receipt if you pay. Do not fall for this fak'e sca'm sites like this.
