I am very disappointed with poor service that I have been getting from DSTv. I have been over charged for Netflix that I do not have for 3 months, an amount of R199 for 3 months. I was not paying attention on the first two payments but on the third 1 in January first week, I saw and contacted Multichoice. They checked on the system and they told me that I need to go to one of their agent’s office with my decoder to verify this, which I did and they confirmed that I do not own a Netflix account under my name. I was told that an email will be sent out from the Benoni agent and my refund will be communicated in a week’s time and billing corrected going forward. To my surprise, nothing was done, until I called first week of February and emails were sent out. I was told that the finance department will refund me during the course of the week which was the week of the 8th February 2024. It is the 25th February 2024 today and nothing is done still. If I am being billed for Netflix that I do not have, where are you guys taking the money? This is pure ***** as MultiChoice agent also confirmed with Netflix that I do not have an account with them. This screams ***** all over the matter. I will be cancelling my account this month if this remains unresolved and have not received my refund by the 28th Feb 2024.
I am very disappointed at the service I am getting from cartrack. I called last week on Thursday to arrange for a new unit to be fitted in my new car as I have sold the old one but to date, I there is still no unit fitted in my car. I have been calling almost every day. The feedback I get, is that a technician will call me but it has not happened. This is a company I have been with for the past 5 years. Maybe it a sign for me to shop for another tracking company.
Very disappointed at the dealer. I app**** for a vehicle and the banks approved my application. Before even finalizing the deal, they sold the car to someone else.
I am very disappointed with the service I received at NTT Nissan Bloemfontein. I was interested in purchasing a Gold Fordeverest that I saw at the showroom. I went in to engage and get the necessary paperwork to finalize the deal. To my surprise, the sales rep came with a quotation that included things that I specifically said I do not want. Extended warranty, "Smash and Grab" which the car already has as a used vehicle and you can see that the smash and grab is old, car track which i indicated that I already have and delivery fee, which I mentioned that I will not need delivery as I will come physically to pick up the car. What is most disappointing is the fact that they had the audacity to tell me that I either accept the quotation as is as they also need to make extra money and the quotations will not be changed. They are so arrogant and ****ming people with their forceful quotations that doesn't serve customer interest. This resulted me into going to another dealer for the same car.
