Good day,I brought my vehicle in for service at SAC, was told cambelt had to be done according service year of vehicle, I drive a Ford ST to all the ST drivers out there, Chantelle is very helpfull thank you for the great service & the following day my vehicle was ready as promised and clean, I will advise all the Fiesta drivers to look into SAC because Ford is neglecting our vehicles and with no service to Ford as a brand name because this is what vehicle owners look for service, People that call you back and communicate with you, and does not cost an arm & leg to do the vehicle service or repairs,Thx SAC Morne Boshoff just wanted to say Thank you
I purchased a vehicle in January at Juba Motors in Boksburg After 2 months driving the vehicle I heard a small noise from the front of my vehicle,I took it as the road noises with my tyres because the vehicle is still in good condition that is why I purchased it at Juba motors in Boksburg but it is actualy a load of cash to fix to my dissapointment later I tried nomerious times to call AA and who to call,One lucky day a telemarketer phoned me from AA motor warranty for my vehicle from AA this just shows you AA does not even know there own customer base lost in life of all aspects who is who? that is covered.Well all new to all in life with problems with vehicles I said to the lady "Thx for calling,I am already by you covered but you can help with this Who to contact I have a problem Instantly asked Full service history Kilometres of vehicle etc.,etc. Suddenly I knew there on the spot I have to deal with ******* at that moment in time I knew it this AA motor warranties is CLOWNS ,Any great company in this world that sells a service to the public will do anything to keep the customer happy not to argue and fight with the customer well that is AA motor warranties for you in life. I took the ladies advice after all 100 security questions I had to answer Finaly got a phone number and email adress wooopie my car is gonna get repaired.That was not the point with AA motor warranties,There excuse kilometres on vehicle,wear and tear Well to all people in this country that will buy a vehicle with 120 000 kilometres and get offered a motor warranty up tp 200 000 kilometres you are *****ed,AA will not pay out walk past those vehicles you will pay a load of money for repairs because AA warranties has excuses upon excuses they are the god of lies and deception I wonder how can any of them sleep at night, Justine at Ford The Glen told me when I brought my vehicle in it is his first time to work with AA motor warranties, at that moment of time I knew there and then CLOWNS,never worked with AA motor warranties,I gave him my policy number etc.etc. What Ford The Glen did I can write a book on bad service received and my vehicle is almost a MONTH there with no joy in life excuses upon excuses My warning in life is people stay away from AA motor warranties they are wolf in sheep skin, stay away rather get a motor warranty from a dealer or the bank that your vehicle is on purchase I am still waiting for MFC to contact me back,All response what I got from them is what do you think a bank tells you.This is madness.I am out of ideas of any mindset how to repair my vehicle who to contact next in life if Ford does not even know what is the problem with yellow engine light.Never mind they do not have parts or do not know when parts will arrive,I feel sorry for people that drives Eco Sports the ramps is full at Ford The Glen,never mind I drive a ST,I saw on entrance that garage where you must leave your vehicle for repairs other ST's bonnets open and those expensive vehicles Ford sells,Bonets in the air looks like a s****yard inside never mind you must do the follow up to that dealership Justine does not call you back you will do all the customer liason yourself Now my vehicle has fuel problems which it never had none of such now it has those problems I should have never took my vehicle there,Okay long story short my steering rack boot is torn now Ford gives AA motor warranties a breakage report on steering rack Now how do you see a steering rack is broken without removing the steering rack boot that person is all quiet and do not understand the technicality behind the ******* what AA motor warranties are these Clowns is clever *******,AA motor warranties claims boot is torn they do not pay for repaires and kilometers is high on vehicle,Then who inspected my vehicle on 120K when I bought it AA did then who gave me a motor warranty until 200 000 kilometres AA motor warranty, Just think of this any repair these clowns will only eat your money they do money laundering through banks on vehicle purchases big CLOWN *******,Any part of your vehicle has a start of cover,boot over CV's,Boot over steering Rack,Clutch Plate goes you will pay for the gearbox,seal on gasket you will pay for engine when it goes,bearings in drive shaft you will pay for any suspension.AA motor warranties must show me on black and white how many customers they help with claims then i will apologise and stop saying they are CLOWNS, please remember changing a tyre next to the road does not count because never mind changing a bad battery these CLOWNS will never be able to do that I know a thieve when I see and hear of they failed that part on customers policy too with nomerious times and excuses had that part with AA motor warranties when I owned an A3 Audi those years still no service what to expect in 2023 Please people STAY AWAY FROM AA MOTOR WARRANTIES
Bought a vehicle 5 months ago at Juba Motors in Boksburg,vehicle drove 3 months.Contacted AA warranties then I took my vehicle to Ford The Glen.Suspension noise,Yellow engine light and front and back brake pads.Vehicle got a week run around with engine yellow light still not sorted they do not know what is the problem,note this I had no fuel problems on my vehicle now I have fuel pump problems,pince harnass wires,petrol tank is clogged all etc.etc.etc.Problem,Suspension my steering rack boot was torn Ford reported steering rack etc.Breakage AA warranties refuse to pay never mind the other parts on the quote they are not what a warranty and well being of your vehicle they do not care,Now according to Justine Ford has no parts available,Steering Rack is in but waiting for stabilzer links.According to Justine is week 3 now he cannot tell you when my part will arrive,Ebay has that parts for R843,can I get a qualified mechanic myself and buy this part and go and install it by that dealership because clearly the left hand does not know what the right hand does.I have contacted Ford complaints department they have not contacted me back or any response do not care I feel sorry for people that purchase vehicles from Ford this was my first Ford in my whole life to the most dissapointing Company ever they do not care or give any follow up whatsover stay away from Ford please people the Head office does not care your vehicle will dust away at Ford because that industry is rotten to the core of existence you will waist your money and valuable time
