Horrific Service - Don't Use Tendahealth
This has got to be the most poorly run business I've ever worked with. I signed up with Charl for a Bonitas medical aid and Sanlam gap cover. He was helpful. Then he disappeared and when I tried to cancel I got zero response, zero feedback and zero support. I have been trying to cancel with Tendahealth for 3 MONTHS now and finally got a hold of Bonitas and Sanlam to cancel instead. I then received a call yesterday from them to "review my needs"and when I mentioned I needed help cancelling, they hung up on me. This was the first time I had heard from them since I requested to cancel. Would not recommend. Ever.

I called to sort out my premium and organise payment for some scratches on my car. Poeletso was absolutely incredible and helped me every step of the way! She not only sorted out my insurance query but also made sure I was chatting to the right person about my claim. Brilliant service!

Harassment for an account I don't own
For the past year, I have been harassed almost daily with phone calls from the Truworths creditor sector for an account that I don't even own. I don't even have an account with Truworths but they allowed my personal number to be added to another account without even confirming it. This is absolutely unprofessional. The account in question belongs to someone that worked as a housekeeper for me over 7 years ago, with no contact since but because they can't get a hold of her, they call me. SIX. TIMES. A. DAY. I have called and been told they will "elevate the issue" but nothing has been done. I am about to file for harassment charges if this continues.
