I went to Sasolburg License department from Monday till Friday & they're are always offline, how possible is dat? they keep on telling us even head office is offline. Then where can we get assistance?
Maybe today was not my day with Pep, a horrible service in 1 day, with two different stores or this is how Pep treats their customers? In the morning I went to PEP VANDERBIJLPARK CHECKERS HYPER where they're where supposed to open at 8:30 & they open at 08:40, I bought cap for my daughter & it was too small, I decided to go to different store because of the service I got in the morning. I went to PEP RIVERSIDE BOULEVARD, I didn't get assistance because they wanted authorisation number on my phone, I was forced to drive back home for my phone for me to get assistance. What waste of time & petrol. I will never ever shop at pep again ever, the service it's horrible.
If you want the worst, I mean pathetic service go to Sebokeng Home Affairs. I am really annoyed and disappointed with the service that I have received, what is the point of booking appointment when you get to the branch on the selected date & time you are told to wait outside until someone call you. Still when you get inside you are still going to queue in the different lines assisted by different people & along that process they keep on disappearing not even updating clients whether they're coming back or not. Really disappointing and annoyed seriously what about elderly people in that process and they don't even provide chairs we wait in queue.
I am very upset & disappointed with the service I have received from Makro Vanderbijlpark. I went on Sunday because I couldn't purchase online using my Makro gift card. The supervisor took my details & told me they will give me feed back on Monday. They did call me on Monday but to my surprise the person who called me they didn't even know why he is calling me, he was asking me questions instead of giving me feedback. I was forced to drive back to find out what is really going on. When I arrived there, they called the gift card manager, that woman really doesn't care about customers, she told me straight that there is nothing she can do, she even wrote her name on piece of paper for me to go & complain. They should have told me from day 1 that they won't be able to assist me. If they can't help, what must I do with that gift card because I saved that money specifically for the ice making machine? It was so disrespectful of her to suggest I go complain, Makro must train theirs Managers & staff to respect customers. The Vaal triangle Mauro is really disappointing. I'm mad & infuriated as I write this comment.
