I have been with RSAWEB for 2 years. My fibre is currently with Vumatel. I have had on and off internet for the last month. I have reported it via the chat as no one answers calls. It’s inconsistent so difficult to plan for and I work from home. To top it all they increased my premium by R69. So paying more and getting less. The frustrating thing is they always say there isn’t a problem. That I have to reset my router which I do of course. It doesn’t work. Some time in the day the internet is back. I even thought it was my company causing a problem. I need answers and clarity on where the problem is. I had this before when I was with them and Openserve. It works for a time then it’s problematic. I’m going to have to investigate other service providers.
Buffalo is the courier for my Smith CapeTown package. You can’t get hold of anyone not on email nor WhatsApp. It’s all Bots. They say live agent will call but I’m guessing the agents are not live! No one has called since last week. The delivery says failed but no one called nor emailed that there there was a package en route. Has anyone else dealt with them? Is it all part of the ****?
I found Smith CapeTown on Instagram. Sone sad story about them making their own dresses and now closing down and on sale. So of course I believed the story. Also thinking I’m supporting local as I live in CT. Didn’t read reviews unfortunately. Anyway once order was place I saw it was a Chinese courier. The items were from some where in China and not local. Needless to say I haven’t received my items even though their support email tells me it’s here and I must call the courier Buffalox. Guess what I can’t get hold of anyone there. It’s all bots. The tracking says delivery failed but no one contacted me. I emailed their support again and no feedback since last Tuesday. Shocking service and the story doesn’t tie up. Also I can’t find them on Instagram now. What to do here? I spent quite a bit.
I’m trying to book my car in for a service. Called yesterday afternoon and battled to get to bookings and never did. Left a message for Maya from bookings to call me. No call. I called again this morning and again can’t get through to bookings. The reception which is the only ones that answer spoke to over 3 managers and no one was available to help me. She said she could leave a message for Maya! Then she said I could speak to the manager Chantel. Of course she wasn’t available either. Seriously it’s booking a car not rocket science. If I had a choice I would obviously go somewhere else but it’s the closest opel dealer. Can anyone here recommend another opel dealer please.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription as I moved provinces. I’ve been trying since Feb 2023 to cancel or end my subscription from 1 April. I sent in the right form to the right email. It didn’t work. Then called about 6 times and each agent is escalating. I’ve been debited for 2 months over my end period and still no end in sight. Shocking service. Now have to go to the bank to try stop the debit order.
