takealot must refund me because they cannot replace my mashing machine.
i bought i did return the washing machine because it was not working then they have sent me a message that my return was declined because i have return the wrong order my question was how can i buy and washing machine and return an electric fryer. they return the fryer and i returned it back and receive an email that they will do some investigation even today I'm still. I'm waiting. I'm so heartbroken and i will not let my R5200 go to drain.

Terminate of contract,
I have bought a car within 5 months the car is broken down and poeple advice me to terminate the contract so I just want to know if I m allowed to terminate the contract and return the car because I have only paid for 5months .even in the contract it's stated that you can return or terminate the contract if you have paid for less than 6 months.

Poor service
I bought a car December now it's April the car broke down and they are not helping me at all they told me I had warranty and I contacted the motorvaps warranty and they told me my car is covered for 12montly suddenly they can help me because my car is over 300km. Now the car is stacked at the workshop and they are not helping me at all
