My child started training in Randburg on Monday, we got the putco tech for transport. The bus is available in the morning but coming back is big problem as no one seems to know about a bus that passes through Roodepoort late, funny enough we see these busses everyday dropping people late. When the tries to ask the Protea Glen driver he arrogantly told him he does not go vi Roodepoort when i phoned putco and they told me it 11 Nd 12 goes via Roodepoort. The driver s are very rude and arrogant yesterday the driver was very nasty throwing hands my child respectfully asking if the bus goes via Roodepoort. Its a disgrace that putco employs old grey men who are bitter, rude , arrogant with no humanity towards people as if they dont have kids themselves. My child was frustrated and sad, had to use taxis to get home safe. I am really dissappointed.
IN 2021 I TOOK CELLPHONE CONTRACT AND INSURANCE, MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE. THE CELLPHONE IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE AND I WENT TO THE STORE TO CLAIM FOR A NEW ONE ONLY TO BE TAKEN FROM PILLAR TO POST. THE CONSULTANT THABISO MANANA FROM MTN SANDTON TOLD ME TO PHONE THE INSURANCE MYSELF AND ALSO THAT I WILL RECEIVE AN SMS WITH AN ACCESS AMOUNT I NEED TO PAY. I SUBMITTED EVERYTHING YET EVERYTIME I DO FOLLOW UP NO ONE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENING WITH MY CLAIM. I WENT TO THEM ON THE 26/04/2023 TO THIS DAY NO HELP. WHY PAY THE INSURANCE AND NOT GET THE HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT.
