Cappuccinos The Grove Mother’s day Disaster I took my Mather in law and family to Cappuccinos the Grove to celebrate Mother’s day. Initially the welcoming and seating was good. However we waited almost 1 hour for our food to arrive after complaining. Then the food arrived in peace meal – one at a time. One of the main reasons one eat out is to eat together. So the first ones receiving food had to wait for the rest to arrive whilst their food get cold. My food did not arrive at all. Once again complaining bitterly my food arrives completely COLD. Even the plate was cold and not heated like normal. When I refused to eat cold food and send it back, mandament including the owner made a huge scene about it. They implicated that it was me, the customer that is unreasonable to understand that they are busy. I had to leave the restourant not eating at all. I will show you thousands of Cappuccinos’ invoices to date. Sad to say that they lost a good customer and if they carry on like this they will follow in Spurs food steps soon.
<p>Owner likes to fight with guests after parking them in. I had old people with me (80 Years plus) and it was raining. I moved my car closer to the function facility to collect the aged people to discover that my car was parked in. When requesting the owner to move his car he replied he can park wherever he like as he is the owner. Then a words shouting followed and fight.</p> <p> </p> <p>I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO HOLD ANY FUNCTION AT LACE ON TIMBER</p>
My ML320CDI had intermittent jerking effects after about 20 00km. I complaint about it a couple of times when I took the vehicle for services and was told that they cannot diagnose the problem since it is was intermittent and did not do it at service intervals. Needless to mention my ML320CDI is now two months out of its guarantee period and only have 74 000km on the clock and the turbo now failed. The quote I got to replace it amounts to staggering R73 OOO rand.I had a similar problem with my 320CDI a couple of years ago and had the turbo replaced at about 36 000km. Coincidently it is the same motor in both vehicles with the same turbo problems. Makes one think they have a latent defective turbo and cover it up.<br> Mercedes Benz will not recall latent defect vehicles/parts but rather wait until they fail making it the customers problem. I requested some goodwill from M-Benz and just got a DECLINE. I called the call centre on 18 February 2015 to be informed by Miss Rivashni that I cannot speak to the maintenance department. They will call me!!. Needless to mention I did not received any calls and phoned again on 19 February 2015 and still waiting for a call from Lance Mooney.
