Stay away from this company!!!!! ****mers!!!!
I bought some toners from the company. First, they said if I bought from them, we could pay in 60 day terms. Then just after I received the parcel, they started pestering me for payment at the end of the month I ordered. The called me 2 to 3 times daily. I thought I had 60 days to pay. I told them I would not buy from them again, but they asked for a second chance. Which I gave them. The second delivery went better. But then they wanted to send me toners every month. I did not want it because we did not use the printers as much. When I tried to cancel the order, they said I could not do that because I had to take 36 of each toner before I can cancel. They were not transparent about this!!!! I definitely did not know that!!!! They are not a good company to buy from!!! Stay away!!!!!

The worst ever!!!
I ordered from Zando. They said they delivered it on 12 April 2024. They did not!!!! After a lot of calls I only received it on 26 April 2024. The duvet cover I ordered was white, but the one I received was cream. I could not return the cover because the return date expired because they calculated it from 12 April and not from 26 April when I received the order. They are really the worst and I will never buy from them again!!!

Worst service provider ever!!
I signed up for vox satellite. The worst experience of my life. It was supposed to be a 20Mb download and 2 upload with a voip phone. The said it would be better that our previous service provider. It totally it not. I can not even get 1Mb upload. It measures between 0.18Mb to 0.3Mb. I can't do my work at all. Trying to get some support is even worse. When you call the support line, nobody picks up. You have to call for days and srnd emails before somebody bothers to help. Trying to get a technician on site does definitely happen eady. After the done a lot of tests at last, the technician concluded that it was the wrong product for us. Their answer:" Sorry, you signed a 24 month contract." In the meantime I am not able to operate my office as I should. It is totally impossible. Before I can use my cloud based programs I am kicked out of the program because it "timed out". Beware of vox!!!! Stay away from them. They are te worst!!!
