Worst experience ever
This is why u should read reviews before booking anything, I'm so mad, the bus is cold and the chairs are broken, no charging points, get's delayed everytime, worst experience ever. This company should be shut down. And it has no toilet, no toilet for a distance travelling bus... don't book it no matter how stranded u are, it's not worth the money.

Worse service ever 🚮
I transferred all my money from my aspire account to easy zero and when I tried to use it, it said it's frozen. I went to branch and they said it'll take 48 hours to remove the hold and still I can't excess my money. I'm stranded, I can't even go to work coz all my money is frozen. I went to the secure chat option on the FNB app and they keep giving me different numbers to call and all those numbers keep re directing me to different numbers as well. This is the worse banking service I've ever received. To even think that I switched my salary from Capitec Bank to FNB and this is the kind of service I receive...I just want my money and they can close my account, I don't care. I'd rather go back to Capitec. I really thought FNB was better which is why I switched from Capitec to them. It's like none of them want to help. And I've read other people's reviews here as well, seems like I'm not the only one who went through it. So far the worse service I've ever received 🚮. I can't do anything, I'm stranded 😭.

Very bad service and unprofessional
I paid my outstanding balance on the 1st of March and they told me I would receive a clearance letter but I didn't receive, I've been calling them almost everyday for it but they just redirect me to another branch where they don't answer or they just hang up on me . Then recently I was told I had an outstanding balance which I didn't understand because I paid it up in March bu6i paid it including the clearance letter amount and still haven't received my letter, they just put me on hold for 30 minutes or longer till I hang up or they hang up. this company is really unprofessional, wish I knew where to report them because this is not it
