Have an contact with telkom about needs to be paid R400 nou they keep taking 600 because of the amount not processing true bank hy debit order but they take the money every month from my account what do I need to do to stop them did call but sy it's because of debit order
They handle an case for ***** and all documents and police statement an case has been open but no the outcome the reply back wit is nebank don't co operate with no news
I order on the app 29/08/2024 for groceries from pick and pay the order didn't went true everything still in basket but my money went off my account report it to capitec and call them they said the order dint go true but can't give me an Authorization letter because they don't do it no I loss almost R600 and no one can explain I show them it's of hw said yes they had an glitch around 4 but nothing has been transfer back to my account or received the groceries
Renew my contract with them sign contract of R400pm no they say I must pay R640 for devices obligation carryover fee this is not what I sign for am not overdue nothing
Have open an ***** case and they couldn't help me could reverse the money from the ****mers account lost 37k and open an case at the police they don't help people to get there funds back
