I went with a friend to torga the glen early in the year as she had said there was a promotion I couldn't do glasses with the promo as my medical option pays only for basic glasses which I took. Now I keep getting a payment notification which I called to find out what happened ax I know I used my medical aid. I was told no it is fine the money wasn't posted from the claim it will be sorted but the emails keep coming and I called again and I was told I don't owe but the manager will rectify and remove me from the mailing list but still I get the emails so went into my medical to check if that payment is there so I see there's nothing only my doctor's visit. So I need to know was the claim rejected or was never sent as even rejected claims show on medical history and I find it odd that nothing is on my timeline I need full details of what happened as I did give my medical aid details and wasn't going to even do the glasses if it rejected till I saved enough cash my glasses meet the medical requirements so clearly someone isn't doing their job as I went around January only now I am getting payment email can I get full details of what happened so I can call my medical aid.
Please advise your cashiers to focus when assisting customers I went for bread at boxer jeppe street and decided to take a swiss roll but the cashier only rang the swiss roll and plastic and I found when I got to the security and I had to leave the actual item I went for as morning rush I had to go to work I could not go back to pay for the bread had to leave it and it is such an inconvenience as now I have to go elsewhere to buy bread during work which is what I did not want to do
Had the best customer service from Mpho Mafati she was very helpful and explained things I've been asking about without making me feel like I'm being unreasonable and making excuses. Thank you very much for giving me all the information I needed and kindness
I have a R199 subscription which to my surprise I was now being debited more when I called to ask about it was told I subscribed to other things when I ask how I was told it could be from the app no straight answer and I called again for a full statement which I was told I will receive but I did not receive nothing I also mentioned my issue to the lady who said I should send an email to cancel and ask for investigation I am not happy with the service at all as also emails are not responded to sent 2 and still no correspondence on the outcomes
I am disappointed in the parcel counter policy I was at vosloorus boxer where I bought a few items and went back with my cousin. I went to the parcel counter where I was told I should enter the store with my parcels as I cannot leave goods bought at boxer, to my surprise that the security rudely told me I should leave my parcel in a basket at the door when entering the store. with attitude saying I should come to him when I was told I can enter the store please be clear as I do work with clients and customer service is the most important thing unless if you employ people who think they are doing people at the location a favour as they aren't. every customer has a choice to shop elsewhere and if your stuff keep mistreating clients you will surely loose business it doesn't matter the location be clear if there is a parcel counter assist client keep their goods there no matter where they bought you cannot expect someone to leave their goods at the door with one security guard watching it fix your policies as I was really disappointed as much as boxer is 5 minutes away from my house I'd rather take a taxi to shop somewhere where I will be treated with respect and not be made to feel like I am stupid
I re-registered with CIMA and payment was done IBTC and CIMA says my last payment was 2019 I have called and emailed and no one seems to help they are telling me about the last time i registered they keep saying they are escalating while they are not doing anything just to get me off the phone i am finding that cima is now a ripoff they are no longer the institution i was registered with. the consultants do not even listen to me but run to say i last registered 2019 while i re-registered and payment was done on the 24 January 2023 with batch 498 by IBTC. which makes me wonder how did i book and write exams on the 6 and 8 june 2023 if i last registered 2019 someone fix my profile before end of june or else i am taking this further
