Thank you so much yo the staff at Game Baywest and Vincent Mall East London. I ordered a laptop from Baywest. They were out of stock and requested it from Vincent Mall, East London. I received countless calls, friendly service and safe delivery of the laptop. They followed up with me continuously ensuring I understand everything. Wow Game. You are an example of great service to many. I will never go anywhere else as Game had got me and my family covered. We love shopping at Game.

Good afternoon. I'm still waiting on my refund for an order placed on 24 November 2023. How can I go about being refunded as I'm promised a refund everytime I phone. Refund was processed on 11 December. Why is it not reflecting in my account?

Laptop never delivered after three weeks ordered
Good day. I need help getting refunded. I paid in full for a laptop at FirstShop on 24 November 2023. Today is 09 December 2023. I have not received it yet. There's not been communication from them since Monday 4 December saying it will arrive in the week. Phoned and emailed countless times. I really need that money back. I don't understand how they are closed over weekends with no way of communicating with customers. Please communicate with me to arrange my refund. It's more than three weeks. I just want my full refund now as I've been more than patient. Thank you Naomi Coetzee

Dishonest car dealers
Please stay away from these ******. They were paid cash to spray our car and did a very poor job. Stole parts and gave an incomplete car. Be aware that they will not refund their horrible jobs. Big *******. You will regret ever taking your car there. They drag out the job and damaged the battery even. Debbie and Peter, you should be ashamed of yourselfs
