I would give 0 starts if that was an option. Lack of communication, with broken aircrafts. Our flight is delayed and receiving no priority whatsoever. Please do not use this airline, for your own sanity.
<div>After encountering multiple adverti*****ts and numerous recommendations for '****s by Suzette' on social media, we found ourselves ensnared in a web of deceit the moment we initiated contact with Suzette. Initially enthusiastic about assisting us with a placement, Suzette swiftly pivoted to demanding an upfront deposit. However, our experience took a downward spiral from there. The **** assigned to us proved to be utterly ***********. She neglected basic c****s such as washing, vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, leaving us to wonder what, if anything, she actually accomplished. Upon relaying our dissatisfaction to Suzette, both parties agreed to terminate the agreement. Yet, retrieving our deposit has become an exercise in futility. Despite Suzette's repeated assurances of reimbur*****t, we have yet to receive any proof of payment. Her dishonesty and lack of integrity have left us questioning the credibility of the workers she places. If Suzette cannot honor a refund, how can we trust the quality of her placements?</div>
My bank unanimously restricted my account on Friday due to the fact that they did not have a copy of my ID. Firstly negligence on their behalf as the Financial Intelligence Centre Act dictated an ID as a basic requirement for any banking holder. It clearly indicated negligence on behalf of the bank. Furthermore Nedbank failed to contact me via email, SMS or telecom to request a copy of my ID and merely restricted my account rendering it useless to me. THEN the following day someone made a credit increase application on my credit card - upon which I contacted the ***** department who have to date not yet cancelled or investigated this *****ulent activity. I have been without access to my account for over 4 working days, the bank alleges that my FICA is "in process", and in the interim my account remains restricted with daily emails reminding me of my credit application. Nothing has been done. In all honestly all I want to do is withdraw all the money from my respective accounts, including the investment accounts in order to never have to deal with Nedbank and its cunning and negligent behaviour.
