I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding my recent experience with Izwe Financial Loans. Despite numerous attempts to engage with your consultants, I have received no resolution or meaningful response to my queries. My loan application was initiated on 8 July 2025, yet I was shown a transaction allegedly dated 10 June 2025—a clear discrepancy. Throughout this process, I have been asked to pay multiple fees, including: R500 for processing and compliance R1000 for legal claiming R2000 for identification and account linking After all these payments totaling R3500, I was then asked to pay an additional R2700 for a so-called final activation fee—despite assurances that no further payments would be necessary after the initial charges. I interacted with individuals who identified themselves as Nolitha Maqashalala (also referred to as Jessica Jordan) and Raymond Bismarck, allegedly the Chief Executive Officer. Unfortunately, I have not received my loan funds, and repeated efforts to obtain a refund for the R3500 paid have been ignored. This experience has left me deeply concerned about the legitimacy of this process and the conduct of those involved.
Kamina Finance is a verified company under NCRC***558 whom I interacted with on the Monday the 2nd June for a loan which I was advised was approved and there were upfront payments requested which I will attach everything, I paid the first upfront payment requested after I verified the business then was asked for a 2nd upfront payment which I did and wa outstanding with R560.00 which the agent advised that their finance said it is fine to pay the amount even when it is outstanding with the R560 so that they can process a payment, I immediately paid the amount and sent all proof requested by the company then the lady which used to call me and text none stop before the payments were made stopped communicating and I called the company nobody picked up my calls and she told me she cannot talk only when I decided to grab her attention by saying I will review their company on TikTok she then rep**** to say they are busy and have a lot of clients, I then said I wanted your communication only and would not do that on socials and the reason I said that was mainly because I was scared that I might be ****med hence I asked that she communicates the process and delays if they are and she forced me to cancel my loan application which I clearly stated no I do not want to cancel any application because I need the loan and told her I borrowed the money I paid upfront to the company to get a loan, she further told me if I don't apply the cancelation she will do it on my behalf forcefully so unless I pay again 3560 which I told her I don't have, she then said they will block and blacklist me so that I do not get a loan anywhere because I wanted to get her to communicate with you by saying I will review on TikTok now the lady no longer wants to help out with my loan which I paid my upfront fees and not owing anything because their finance said they will process my loan even with the outstanding of R560 but till this day my loan is not processed the lady still demands extra R3560 before I get the loan and claims it's penalty from Kamina Finance for wanted her communication by saying I will review them on socials. Please help with this matter because I still need the loan and it is only fair to get the loan because I paid what was asked of me by the company when my load has to be processed the lady demands another R3560 even when I said I do not have.
Hi I ordered from shein and imile sent me a link that is not working for me to make a payment,I then called customer service which they gave me banking details to make a transfer and I transfered while the agent was on the line with me and till today they still send me a message to make a payment.I have sent emails after emails with no communication till this day from them and they no longer taking my calls.I have a vacation to go to this coming Friday and till this day I do not have my things yet they say they will return my staff to shein..Imile is the worst delivery company ever and I don't understand how they run their business when you lack communication skills these people would not even call you back when you rum out of airtime while speaking to them it is so frustrating and I am tired of sending emails each day if I cannot get my order Shein and Imile must just give me my money because I am tired of all this nonsense it's about time shein goes back to using Buffalo because they would never give problem but this imile is just total nonsense...I want my order 6091324827554 by Wednesday or bring back my money you ****s
In December 2022, I contacted rain for their services as I was going to work from home,rain delivered a wifi that was not connecting were some days I contacted rain the next day after delivery and asked them what is happening because the wifi is not working they then told me they are struggling with connection and it has been a month switch bothered me so much why they would continue providing services that ain't working at all,I then requested for them to come collect their product and refund me back till this day I am still calling rain to request for my refund and they keep telling me it is going to be process it has been 6 months yet I have not received my refund they now hang up my calls on me when I call to ask for my money
