Verimark Genesis Hydrovac Extreme. Unsatisfactory Service and Product is bad quality
I have been with OUTsurance for 28 years and with my recent claim I received the same professional, fast and friendly service as always. I can recommend Outsurance to anyone for excellent service!
BE CAREFUL of HONEY.JOHANNESBURG. I placed an order on their web page on 29 September 2024 and paid as I would normally do when ordering on the internet. Their order confirmation stated that delivery would be in 5 to 8 working days, which was OK with me. The order number is #1484. I e-mailed them several time to inquire when my parcel would arrive. I was given a tracking number which when tracking this number stated that the parcel had eventually arrived at the "Facility" in South Africa on 30 October 2024. Every time I inquire they send me the same tracking details, indicated it is on its way, and the tracking date continuously show it its on its way, date 30 October 2024. They keep on sending emails with empty promises. I requested a refund, but then they just send their email again that the parcel will reach me soon. They do not have a telephone number where you can call. THEIR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY AND TOTALLY BAD.
I went to shop at GAME Menlyn on 15 June 2023 and 16 June 2023 and my experience was NO SERVICE DELIVERY, NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS. I received a voucher for GAME as a gift and went to GAME Menlyn on 15 June 2023. The music was so load, it was annoying. I walked into the shop in peace but came out frustrated. There are many workers standing around in groups, but no one to assist in the aisles. When you as one of the workers to assist, you get this feeling you disturb them. I went to the floor manager and complaint about the above, and when she did not reacted on the load music I asked her directly to turn it down, and she only did that then. On 16 June 2023 my husband and I visited GAME again to buy a TV and as our TV License is on my husband's name he had to accompany me. SAME STORY, the music was so load, we could not hear each other, Today the workers were dancing where the customers entered, and took videos of each other, among them the floor manager that I complaint at yesterday. I went to her and say it is the same as yesterday, so nothing changed. She then said it is the shop manager who instructed this as it is youth day. I didn't further argue with her as I saw she is not a manager but one who likes to party with the workers. We bought the TV as quick as possible (only because we had a voucher, if we did not have the voucher they would not had my business), and before I walked out I expressed my complain to the shop manager who only said sorry... sorry. Whether GAME Menlyn will become professional who cares more for clients' needs, I don't know ....
