The most incompetent car rental company in the world. I complained about the service and cars and next thing the uplifted the car without a refund
This is one of the worst companies out there in the market. From day one... I signed and paid for a contract that offers 6000km per month. I had to drive 1000km to take the car back for a service on my own cost as the car needed the service. Before I drove back to JNB I asked if they will have a car ready for me and said yes. I even confirmed the next day and the time and the answer was yes. Needless to say I arrived an no replacement car! After an hour the managed to find one for me that was unwashed. I was charged and left just to receive a message that they short charged me for only 3000km. After many messages and e-mails to get them to send me the correct invoice I was told to pay and then they will send me the correct invoice. I paid them the amount. Later that night 9pm I received a call, that said the company is here to collect the car due to speeding, and they said they messaged me 3 times and called me once. The biggest lie on the planet, as I never received anything like that. They are just bullying me because I told them I am going to cancel the contract and cancel my affiliate agreement and I do not want my clients to have the same issues. I have send them an a-mail and no response yet.
I have send several e-mails to the company to update my profile as ALL my debt is paid in full! They are not doing their work as the credit act states... Understanding your credit report & clearing listings The credit bureaus must legally retain certain credit information for a specific period. New regulations now make it possible for adverse information to be removed when the debt has been settled. Once a consumer has paid a debt in full, the creditor has 7 days to inform the credit bureaus. The bureau will then have a further 7 days to remove the information. My account is settled as promised and they are not giving me a letter, nor have they updated the various credit Bureaus
I presented "Vitality Drive and Insure for the 1st time in 2006 and then again in 2008. Alan Pollard & Adrian Gore told me they are NOT interested in diversifying and will not take on my project and IP!!! Just to launch Vitality Drive and Insure in 2001. Making now R1,5billion nett profit a year and they refuse to pay me for my IP.

I have complained about this gym for years and seems like the issues are not solved.<br> Again there were issues with treadmills and rowing machines not even to speak of the staff attitude and reception and on the floor, with one exception the gentlement that cleans the treadmills are really friendly on seems like the only one that does his job. <br> <br> I think it's time the management are fired as they are useless. If they are still kept and the gym still have the same issues later this week, I want my membership cancelled. <br> <br> I have complained enough at this gym for a lifetime. The director of Gauteng also promised me months ago some feedback but never cam back to me. Should I right a letter to Virgin Group worldwide and give up my partnership to them as well due to this gym???
I purchased data via my mobile phone last week Friday. <br> There was an error buying 10 Gig. I waited a few minutes and then decided to try buy data again. This time 20 Gig. 30 minutes later I received notification that I bought 10 and 20 gig. I phoned the call centre and theysaid they will sort it out and get back to me in 24 hours.<br> <br> Now I see my bill and I have been charged for both the 10 and 20 gig. <br> <br> I want this solved ASAP!
I have mentioned the dirtiness of Virgin Active Honeydew's \Little Falls\" treatmills to Sandra Little Egerton. I went into the gym today and the same issue still exists. The equipment is dirty and some of the treatmills are not balanced and are jumping around on the floor. I believe Natalie is on duty this week.
