TMM Lofts is a poorly managed accommodation with rude staff who are unhelpful and slow to process refunds. Communication is a major issue, as they often ignore emails and respond disrespectfully when they do. The management shows little concern for residents' well-being despite numerous complaints, and issues like water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are frequent, especially during exam times. Reception staff, particularly Tsholofelo and Koketso, lack interpersonal skills and are dismissive of complaints. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

why is it so difficult for your staff to update my records when ive settled my temp loan in february but to my suprise the amount has trippled in my credit profile this is truly a ****** bank
