Poor service
I'm Not impressed with their turnaround time, I ordered a book, paid for it and they promised that the book will be ready in 5-7 days, but I had to wait for 10 days to get the book.

They always under-promise and over-deliver. I've been shopping with them for some time now and I always get my goods on time. Or even been the promised time.

Horrible service
Horrible service from this store, especially the manager named Ivy or whatever her name is. This people are so inconsiderate, i purchased online then sent my wife to collect the order, i gave her my ID, the sms they sent to me, and my card. But they still refused to give her the parcel. I can't drive 200km just to collect a stupid parcel. I'll be closing my account with this people.
