Ordered a meal via the KFC delivery app only to start having supper and find out that the chicken was raw and that only the part was under the skin was cooked. Because we had already eaten portions of the chicken before finding out it was raw we all became sick. Because we have a medical personnel in our family we were given meds to control the side effects of food poisoning. When I filed a complaint against the store they insisted nothing can be done without a medical report. This is madness. They are not even apologetic. They are rude and they all ask the same questions but with no results. I asked for a refund of the meal and nothing can be done about it. This is pathetic behaviour on the part of the store manager. In our case it was food poisoning....what are they going to do if someone ends up with salmonella from consuming raw / undercooked chicken??? The quality of the food is poor as is the service they provide.

Once again I woke up this morning to my fnb app having 3 transaction failed notifications costing me R8.00 per transaction. FOR NO DAMN REASON. I do not have any debit orders so no monies should be debited from my account for these failed attempts and the call centre is of no help!!! It seems to be an ongoing issue with FNB the service provided is going from bad to worse.
Just logged onto my FNB online banking and saw that I have 7 declined foreign transactions costing me R8.00 each and now my account is in a negative balance and yet I have no idea what these declined transactions are for. FNB service and the privacy of their clients' accounts has been deteriorating recently. In May I had an amount of R499 *****ulently paid from my account, and they could not assist me with a refund, now in July there are all these declined transactions which I am unaware of. Seriously considering changing banks at this point
This is not just a review but also a request, to ALL those who have signed leases and thereafter terminated the lease with Natal Property Consultants and thereafter did not receive their refunds please leave a message or email me on malvinachetty93@gmail.com This agency has been withholding refunds and ****ming people out of money for a long time and it needs to end.
They were quick to resolve issues in order for us to begin using their service. Agents were friendly and helpful and kept me updated during the entire process.
