Poor Service from John Craig Giyani
Yesterday, I purchased a pair of jeans from John Craig in Giyani, only to find out later that they were defective. I returned to the store today to request an exchange, but to my surprise, the manager is making it difficult for me. I was informed that I need to wait for the request to be approved, which is quite unexpected. I didn’t anticipate this kind of service from a reputable store like John Craig. I’m still at the store waiting for a response, causing me to put my other work on hold.0 replies
