Michelle provided great customer service and communication throughout, and Zahra the assigned technician did her best to recover my data. I recommend this company if you need your data recovered.

DON'T LOG ANY RETURNS WITH SUPERBALIST.COM
I can't believe I have even had to sign up here to warn others about making a return with Superbalist.com. I ordered a watch from Superbalist, for a few months it worked fine but then it suddenly stopped. I processed a return, delivery guy came to collect the watch, and then radio silence. Watch was collected on the 6th of April, I emailed on the 14th of April to follow up, April 15th I was told it was shipped to the supplier and would take 21 business days for feedback. 21 business days passed and I emailed to follow up, someone responded and said a collection of my watch was arranged and it would take 2-3 days to arrange delivery to me. Someone else emailed after 3 days to say they will liase with someone on the matter and would get back to me within 48 hours. I'm sure if you're reading this you know where we are going with this. Thereafter, nothing. I took to Twitter to complain, the social media person from Superbalist responded and ultimately told me the exact same story. Days passed. I called Superbalist, spoke to someone over the phone, same story, giving me the run around! As I write this, it has been 55 BUSINESS DAYS since that watch was collected and I have given up on getting my watch back, a refund or anything for that matter. I am very disappointed. They have frozen me out. To say I am shocked doesn't even begin to describe it! I should've kept the watch. Long story short - I DON'T RECOMMEND SUPERBALIST. Hope it helps someone!
