I visited the branch in Menlyn. I was served by an older coloured lady. The service was slow. I chose to not tip, and the waitress tried to coerce me into tipping. I insisted that I won't tip for subpar service and was met with passive aggression. Please pay your staff, it is not my responsibility to pay them for you especially when the service is **** poor. And please reinforce the fact that tips aren't something they are entitled to, so they need to work for them
The branch in Hatfield, Pretoria (Illinois Spur) is extremely slow. Waiters are indifferent on most days and are slow to complete orders that don't even need the kitchen to finish making it. The other day I asked for ice because they served me a warm drink. I got it over 20 minutes later. By then I was done eating. What annoys me is that this issue is persistent, even on days when the branch isn't busy. The waiters just stand around then we get weird looks when we don't tip
In January, I bought a laptop that was supposed to come with a R750 stuedent voucher. I never received it. I emailed Incredible Connection. They only asked whether the purchase was in-store or online and I rep****. Complete silence thereafter. Silence for months. I email them again. I get ignored. The customer service is not just unhelpful, it is disrespectful. I know for a fact that they received my emails because I got a delivery receipt. I know that it went to the correct recipient because the one useless email I got from them had the company signature at the bottom. They just opted to stonewall me. Never again will I buy from them. The marketing is deceptive, and the customer service is atrocious.
I keep trying to report ***** but the ****** line keeps cutting whenever I try to speak with an agent And the app isn't even letting me report the problem. The ****ing thing malfunctions when I try to report ***** but every other thing seems to work correctly
