Mtn Constantia Village should not be trusted. They sell u a phone in minutes with a smile but forbid something happens to the phone. They will treat u like trash.

Account ****mers and unprofessional healthcare
I had an operation at Vincent Palloti Hospital in February 2023. I receive an account for this procedure in December 2023. The account was never paid by the medical aid because the hospital never ever got approval for the procedure. Just went about doing the surgery without any form of informing me. Now i am expected to sort out the account and the life healthcare offers no help on the matter. Please be careful. These people are ****mers and after money not healthcare.

Bad aftersale service
3 weeks and still no satisfaction with nespresso South Africa. No loan machine and no refund for a machine that broke after 6 months.

Aftersale service
After sale service really sucks. Had my Vertuo machine for all but 6 months and needed repairing. Waiting time 4-6 weeks. Asked for a loan machine and nothing. Don't understand how a machine breaks in the 1st 6 month and no replacement.
