Worst Insurance Company by Far
Never ever use this "so called" insurance company. I have dealt with dozens of insurance companies over the years and Compass is by far the worst you will ever deal with. I assume their policy is to reject ever possible claim they can, they use bully tactics because they think they are bigger than the rest, they stretch the truth and make ever effort to ***** the insured over. I have had 2 claims (personal and business) rejected by them and they go above and beyond to make sure that the claim is rejected....6 years with them, 1 claim in that time and the 2nd claim they reject. Avoid at all costs.

Fastway Couriers SHOCKING service
Fastway Couriers are utterly useless, i have used them for years but in the past 4 to 5 months they have fell apart. The service is shocking (would prefer to use another word) you can never get hold of the driver, the Whatsapp collection platform is pathetic. It takes 2 to 3 days just to collect a parcel. Customer service is NON EXISTANT!!! No one responds back, you can send complaints on the website, via email, you just don't give a ****!!!! Shame on this company.....will be changing service provider ASAP.

Shocking ABSA Customer Care
What appalling service once again, whether it is from business banking or Forex, this is absolutley shocking customer care or customer service. It took 3 emails over a period of 1 month to even receive a mail back from someone, they do not reply, contact or make any effort to sort out a query. 20 years + and ABSA judt dont care!!!! You never see or hear from anyone unless they are trying to sell you something, you are charged a fortune for everything but never ever will they offer a decent service for a long standing customer. Forex department is even worse, they charge you different rates due to lower values....does a longstanding customer that uses their services NOT deserve some sort of "special" customer care or decent rates???
