Absolutely useless and unhelpful.
Absolutely useless and unhelpful. I sent multiple emails over 2.5 weeks and called in several times to be put on hold for 23 minutes or transferred from department to department with eventually no help. The complaints department has also not responded to me. I am not surprised their rating is under 2, it's a true reflection of the service they deliver.4 replies
