My wife died in May 2015. Despite the Liquidation and Distribution account approved by the Master of the High Court and finalised Edcon send me weekly SMS's and email reminders that R70 or something like that is due. As the Executor of the Estate I send them the Death Certificate and confirmed ZERO/ZIP/ZILTCH/NIL/NOTHING/NUL is or can be indebted to EDCON.
I purchased R425 prepaid electricity on 30 May 2023. I did not receive any SMS with a pin and after 3 emails it was sent by email. On the 1st of June 2023, that amount was not paid back to me, minus their hefty service fee. I waited for the 3rd day of July 2023. No payment. No response to my email's x 4. Frankly, this is indeed theft and ***** as my "payment has mysteriously vanished" now. Please rectify the record, you do not have any stars to loose anymore and your service is totally non existent!
