Bought a phone cash within a month the phone had mechanical problems I took it back they took it to fix few weeks later they said they cant fix opted to give me same phone new one I went to fetch the new one since I already bought another one from their store under contract I did not open the box immediately I later opened the box and the phone had no battery and cover while looks new when I took it back to report it they said I took the inner parts of the phone why on earth will I do that? Poor service
My policy didn't finish waiting period person insured died they refund first premium on the 7th after I cancelled it the kept deducting on the payslip this time no refund when I enquire m given ran around email sent no response All I want is my refund that's all Seemingly I must beg for my money poor service indeed

I ordered two jerseys of Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates on the 29th order was received with order no # 1066 and #1067 till today no response no email is responding to my emails no contact numbers to call ordered online Disappointed on the matter they promised to send a tracking number from aremax till today

FAILING TO APPROVE MY CLAIM
My vehicle was involved in an accident was reported to the police budget said I must take photos of the damages of which I did they approved what they can see on the photos and made me write positive feedback on hello Peter before the job was done now the panel beater they approved saw more damages that couldn’t be seen by a photo my car it’s been weeks now stuck at panel beater waiting for additional approval that budget isn’t approving m using my car to get to work I am not happy at all it’s a bit disappointing.
