Mtn ruin my life On the 31st of July money was debited R782 from my account as per usual.But few days after I received an sms saying my account is in arrears than on the 15th they debited money R782 again of which I disputed because I didn’t understand why they debiting twice because usually they debit on the 31 of every month.On the 31 of August they debited R1500 something I disputed it than went to the store to make the payment of R783 on the 5th of September.Even on the 31st of September samething happend I disputed it and made the payment at the store on the 10th of October.I’ve been trying to solve this matter since August till now I’ve made various calls and went to the store but still I couldn’t get help.Now my contract ended in November I tried cancelling but they don’t want to cancel it because they say I owe.Now my balance is going up because they say I didn’t cancel my contract and they are refusing since August because they say I have to make the payment.Now they telling me I have to pay because my contract is still active.They have black listed and I don’t owe anything I’ve send my bank statement to various consultants but still no luck.Still they can’t give me a clear answer on which month am owning.Because in August when I called they said they didn’t receive any payment from me for July.But yesterday I went to the store again it does appear on the system.They don’t know which month they penalised me for and it’s affecting my credit score
Someone drove onto me to on the passenger side.I took it in at pronto to get repaired well the door is properly fixed the car had a rough texture on it.Cause I don’t know anything about cars and am the one that collected the vehicle when I got home my partner assessed the vehicle only to find that they didn’t polish it.He insisted that I take the vehicle back to me.Since I work far I called them and I asked if I could bring in the car when I come to rustenburg they agreed.Well I took it in left the car and told me to come back after few hours when I get back the texture of the vehicle is still rough I asked them again than I saw one guy getting ****ed the other said Ohk we will fix it.Only to find that they only wash the vehicle and didn’t polish it.One of the employees there approached me and told me they removing your car again and they didn’t even polish it.I got ****ed than I left I know it’s because am a women or am black but they take advantage.
Last year August I traded in my car got another one.I called Cartrack regarding the reinstallation but they debited the reinstallation fee since I’ve been waiting for them to install the unit.Their excuse is that they can’t get hold of me but to my surprise when they debited the reinstallation fee they could get hold of me.There’s an alternative number that I gave them because I work underground I don’t have access to my phone I’ve told them this couple of times.It’s over a year now they handed my account to the lawyers they say I should pay the remaining balance I told them I won’t pay for something that I don’t have on my car.I’ve been disputing the money they’ve been debiting.Imagine for a year they can’t get hold of me how possible is that.I even went to their offices In Vanderbijlpark but still no luck even told them I almost got hijacked but don’t give a damn about their consumers safety
