I have had a very bad experience with CTU, no sense of urgency whatsoever, they will do anything possible to avoid to settle a claim, one of my taxis was involved in an accident on the 2nd of August 2025 even today I am busy running up and down to get assistance, they have appointed two assessors already trying to find something not to settle the claim, the level of professionalism is so poor that even if you escalate you find the same person just in a different suite and office. I have never experienced this kind of service in my entire life.
The process was smooth and the sales person was always readily available to assist, the quality of their cars is solid
